3CX Phone System for Windows - Pricing3CX Phone System is available in 4 editions; a Free edition, a Small Business edition, a Pro edition and an Enterprise edition. All editions support an unlimited number of extensions. A detailed feature comparison between the editions can be found here. 3CX sells licenses via resellers only, however support and upgrade insurance can be purchased directly if desired. Phone and installation support is only available from partners. Small Business EditionThe Small Business Edition supports an unlimited number of extensions and up to 8 simultaneous calls.
Pro EditionThe Professional Edition supports an unlimited number of extensions and up to 16 simultaneous calls.
Enterprise EditionThe Enterprise Edition comes in three variants. It supports an unlimited number of extensions and 32 simultaneous calls, or more.

This way you have a single point of contact for purchase and support. You can request for a bundle quote here. 3CX Upgrade InsuranceThe 3CX Upgrade insurance package entitles you to free updates of 3CX Phone System for one year. This includes patches as well as new versions (eg. 6 to 7). Without the upgrade insurance package you are only entitled to software updates for a period of 30 days from activation of the software. You can purchase an upgrade insurance package within 30 days of ACTIVATION of the main license. If you do not purchase an upgrade insurance package and wish to upgrade to the latest version once a new version is released, you will have to buy a version upgrade at 60% of the full version price. You can order a 3CX Upgrade insurance online here. 3CX Support package: Email & Live Chat supportThe 3CX support package entitles you to email support and live chat directly from 3CX staff for one year from date of purchase. We support use of 3CX in combination with supported gateways, phones and VOIP providers. Customization/configuration for unsupported VOIP providers is not included. Although we will attempt to help configure supported VOIP Gateways and VOIP phones with 3CX Phone System on a best efforts, it should be noted that this hardware must be supported by the vendor or reseller of that hardware. Phone and Installation SupportDepending on your knowledge of VOIP and computer networking, we recommend agreeing on a phone and installation support package with ELKO IT SOLUTIONS. Although 3CX partners receive a margin from 3CX, due to our competitive pricing this margin is not enough to cover their phone and installation support costs. Pricing Terms and ConditionsFOB (End User) Internet excluding all taxes: All taxes such as royalty taxes, levies, duties, sales tax and VAT must be added to our prices and paid by the end users in their respective markets. Delivery of our software is done electronically and is activated by means of a license key. |
